3/2/2020 · All of a sudden my Zoom plugin that was installed via ‘Add-Ins’ in Microsoft Outlook (Version 16.34 (20020900)) has disappeared and I’m no longer able to schedule Zoom meetings. The oddest part is that the ‘Add-Ins’ button is also missing so I cant add/edit any Add-Ins. I’ve checked with all other members of my organization and they are now having this issue.

10/29/2020 · Outlook 365 version 16.42 for Mac – Zoom Add-in went missing After updating to v 16.42 the Zoom Add-in disappeared from the client. I am not using New Outlook and the add-in is still available to me in webmail.
12/21/2020 · Restarted Outlook . Added Zoom Plug-in. Quit Outlook . Re-started Outlook in New Outlook . Screenshot below shows it’s installed. Yet in the Customize Toolbar, also shown below, there is no Zoom Plug-in. I would love to see just one screenshot of anyone else who can show me that this Plug-in is in their New Outlook for Mac, all the latest updates.
